Stories needed to generate qualified membership applications at scale across several cities, each at a different stage of growth. With a niche target audience of independent mental health and coaching professionals, generic advertising approaches would not suffice.
The platform also needed to grow brand awareness in parallel with lead generation, ensuring that paid efforts were reinforced by a stronger organic presence. Coordinating campaigns across multiple locations and channels, while keeping cost per lead manageable, required a structured and data-driven approach.
We developed an integrated multi-channel strategy across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, tailored to Stories' positioning and target audience.
Campaigns were built per location, with audience targeting and bidding strategies continuously refined based on performance data to direct spend toward the highest-intent segments. Alongside paid media, content and organic activity were aligned with campaign messaging to strengthen brand visibility and maximise the impact of each channel.
The partnership delivered measurable growth across every key metric. Nodefy generated 584 leads at an average cost of €15,50, directly contributing to 50 new paying members and structural recurring revenue.
Website traffic grew by 83% to 46,559 sessions, with user volume more than doubling over the same period. Instagram followers increased by 24% in six months, while organic reach grew by over 100%; a clear reflection of how paid and organic efforts consistently reinforced each other throughout the collaboration.
